Returns & Refunds Policy

All air mattresses are made to order. Once production, preparation, or fulfilment has started, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. For hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if the item remains unopened, unused, uninflated, complete, and in its original resaleable condition. Opened, inflated, slept-on, used, soiled, contaminated, or hygiene-seal-broken items cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, or not as described. All returned items must be received and inspected by us before any refund is approved. Refunds will only be issued after the item has passed inspection.
